PURCHASE CONTRACT
All purchases made on this web site are governed by these Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions governing any purchase will be those in effect at the date of your order. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. If you order goods after we have published any changes you will be bound by those changes. Accordingly, you should check prior to each order to ensure that you understand the precise terms and conditions applicable to your purchase. To assist you in determining whether the Terms and Conditions have changed since your most recent order we will display the date when these Terms and Conditions were most recently updated.
We will confirm receipt of your order as soon as possible by e-mail, to the e-mail address you provided to us. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon despatch of the product(s) ordered and at this point the purchase contract will be made. We will supply the goods to you in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
DELIVERY
Delivery will be made to the address specified by you when you register on the website.
Delivery will be made only to an adult aged 18 year or over.
Delivery dates, times and charges are set out below.
We deliver within three working days on all orders received by 1pm. Orders placed after 1pm will be carried over to the next working day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, or Bank Holidays will be picked and prepared on the next working day, delivered within three working days of the day your order is picked. From time to time, deliveries can take a little longer for reasons out of control, for example, adverse weather conditions effecting traffic and therefore courier logistics etc.
It is your responsibility to ensure that an appropriate person is always available at the delivery address during the agreed date and time. All goods must be signed for on delivery by an adult aged 18 year or over.
If no one is at the address when delivery is attempted the goods may be retained by our third-party courier provider, you may be required to visit their nearest depot to you to collect the goods.
All goods remain the property of Great Food Affairs Ltd until payment has been made in full and received in full by Great Food Affairs Ltd.
ORDER ERROR
Goods may not be returned without a collection note arranged via our office; office@greatfoodaffairs.com
RETURNS
Claims for shortages, damages or incorrect goods must be notified to our office, please email office@greatfoodaffairs.com or phone 01606 784713 quoting your order number within 24 hours of delivery. Please note our office opening hours are 11am-to-4pm (UK), Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
PAYMENT
Payment for the delivered goods is made via Shopify payments or Stripe, or other payment gateway of our choice. You do not need a PayPal account to use PayPal
You agree to compensate us in full against all reasonable costs expenses and outgoings incurred by us in obtaining payments from you in the event a failed payment occurs. This will include an administration charge of not less than £20. We may at any time after a failed payment has occurred ask a Debt Collection Agency to collect payment from you.
