Deliveries & Returns
Delivery will be made to the address specified by you when you register on the website.
Delivery will be made only to an adult aged 18 year or over.
Delivery dates, times and charges are set out below.
We deliver within 3 working days on all orders received by 1pm GMT.
Orders placed after 1pm will be carried over to the next working day.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, or Bank Holidays will be picked and prepared on the next working day.
On occasion, deliveries can take a little longer for reasons out of control, for example, adverse weather conditions effecting traffic and therefore courier logistics etc.
It is your responsibility to ensure that an appropriate person is always available at the delivery address during the agreed date and time. All goods must be signed for on delivery by an adult aged 18 year or over.
If no one is at the address when delivery is attempted the goods may be retained by our third-party courier provider, you may be required to visit their nearest depot to you to collect the goods.
All goods remain the property of Great Food Affairs Ltd until payment has been made in full and received in full by Great Food Affairs Ltd.
Goods may not be returned without a collection note arranged via our office; firstname.lastname@example.org
Claims for shortages, damages or incorrect goods must be notified to our office, please email email@example.com or phone +441606 784713 quoting your order number within 24 hours of delivery. Please note our office opening hours are 11am-to-4pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). We may ask for photo evidence to support your claim and aid our claim processes with our courier and postal operators.
